Refund & Cancellation Policy

To honour the time, energy, and preparation that go into every service, the following policies apply to all coaching sessions, facials, and bundles offered by Soul State Wellness.

1. Refund Policy

1.1 Coaching Containers (6-Week + 3-Month)

  • No refunds are offered once coaching sessions have begun.

  • Refunds for unused sessions within a package are not available.

  • If circumstances require you to pause your container, please email us — compassionate accommodations may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

1.2 Single Sessions

Paid single sessions (Sustainment Sessions) are non-refundable.

1.3 Holistic Facials

  • Facial services are non-refundable.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with advance notice.

1.4 Glow & Regulate Bundle

  • Follows the same refund structure as coaching + facials.

  • Once purchased, the bundle is non-refundable.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Soul State Wellness requires 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

Within 48 hours:

  • The full session fee will be charged to the payment method on file or deducted from a gift card balance if used.

No-shows:

  • No-show appointments are charged the full fee.

Exceptions

We understand that life can be unpredictable. Illness or emergency exceptions may be considered with written notice.

3. Package Expiry

To ensure integration and continuity:

  • 6-Week Coaching Program must be completed within 8 weeks

  • 3-Month Coaching Program must be completed within 16 weeks

  • Glow & Regulate bundle sessions must be used within 6 months

  • Single Sessions must be used within 3 months of purchase

Unused sessions expire after these windows.
